What To Expect From A Session
I am often asked 'What is Life Coaching actually?'. The term might seem a bit 'fluffy' - its difficult to describe unless you have been coached! It covers as wide an area as life itself does, and is up to each individual to find their own priority with the coach's help.
Coaching will help you to develop focus and clarity. It offers time and space for you to talk about your own goals in a safe and welcoming environment.
It is important to feel comfortable with your coach, and to build up a good feeling; I will not be telling you what you do, but will help you to gently discover what you want to aim for, and for you to find the answers from within.
I offer a free twenty minute session, so that you can get a feel that we can work together before you decide to go ahead. How many coaching sessions to have, and how often, is for you to decide.
I am a certified coach with a diploma in Performance Coaching with Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), accredited by the National Council of Psychotherapists; I have achieved a distinction in Person Centred Counselling, am an Energy EFT Master Practitioner, and a mentor with One Million Mentors.
Having worked for some years in the fast changing world of IT, I didn't feel a sense of satisfaction, but seemed to be missing out on really connecting to, and working together with other people, in a meaningful way.
This led me to train as as coach and Energy EFT practitioner; I realised a fabulous sense of making a difference, becoming empowered to lift myself out of a stale rut towards positive achievement with focus and confidence as I work collaboratively and closely with others.
